While we make TinsFolding Cartons, Set Up Boxes, Point of Purchase Displays, Wood Boxes, Polybags and Promotional items which include Logo Plates, Caps, and Shopping bags, we deliver peace of mind.  The high level of communications will keep you informed every step of the way.  Elements which are important to you should be documented in your purchase order and will be included in Rhino Quality Control Inspections.

Why We’re Different

We have perfected quality control and ongoing communication during  the entire order cycle.  We will work with you early on to establish what elements of your job need to be carefully monitored.  Every inspection report, along with pictures, is sent to you on a timely basis.  The final amount due does not get paid until you approve the final Production Inspection report and pictures.

Our approach to customer service is different.

Customer service is not something we do between 9 – 5 Monday through Friday.  Your representative will be available 24/7.  As an example, a large client was preparing for their industries largest trade show in Las Vegas.  We produced their trade show brochures.  As usual on a job like this, everything was pushed to the final minute and as usual, everything was completed and shipped on a timely basis.  Customer service checked the carriers website Friday and it showed, “out for delivery”.  The show was to start Monday AM.  Saturday evening around 9:30, we got a call from the an upset president of the client quite upset that he didn’t get his brochures.  For the next 24 hours, we worked through the problem.  It was resolved with a employee getting on a plane with 1,500 brochures in his suitcase and them in Las Vegas 6:30 Monday AM.
