Lucyd Eyewear – Transforming Retail Displays for Smarter Sales

1. Challenge

Lucyd, a leader in smart eyewear combining Bluetooth audio and ChatGPT capability, combined with stylish frames, faced a key obstacle: translating their tech-forward brand into traditional retail environments. Retailers struggled to effectively demonstrate the product’s features in-store, leading to underwhelming consumer engagement and lower-than-expected sell-through rates.

3. Implementation

The displays were rolled out in locations across major retailers and tech-focused boutiques. Staff were trained on how to demo the eyewear with custom instructions, and the displays were updated seasonally to feature new frame styles and promotions.
